Activities:

• Climb or hike to the top of a mountain, hill, or even a tall building and take in the view. Better yet, draw, paint or photograph your personal perspective of the experience.

Exercises:

• Picture in your mind a scenario depicting your ideal manifested. Spend some time developing it. Look at it both from a distance and in detail. Notice any repeated themes.
• Create a mandala, collage or a symbolic image drawn from the mental picture above.
